John Newsam and Mike Harp, principals of Newsam Harp Inc.
(Missouri based) to
form Sundial Software, Inc. The goal of this venture is to provide
the much needed time billing and management tools professional
service providers require. Keeping up with the technology driven
business environment we now face is also a major goal of this
program.
Our flexible and powerful software is intended to save
the professional service provider valuable record keeping time as
well as cutting redundant clerical time from your budget and
ultimately your service invoices, thus giving you a competitive
edge. This program has been designed to help reduce the overhead
associated with business management and bookkeeping, while allowing
you and your staff to provide expert claims service, concurrently.
In exploring the current options for time billing
programs, we found the available software had not been adequately
updated since the dark ages of DOS. Although efforts have been made
to update certain programs to address the Y2K issue, we did not see
substantive improvements in these programs that address the way we
work, or streamline the management of business or take advantage of
current technology.
We have addressed many of the challenges shared by
professional service providers and their insurance company partners.
In designing this program, we have integrated the foreseeable
advances in technology and business requirements in the coming
decade. We have also designed this program to reduce overhead and
allow for reallocation of redundant labor to billable time.
Another exciting feature included in this program is its virtual
office features. This program is designed to work via the Internet,
which will allow for one and two adjuster offices anywhere in your
region or if desired, the planet. See detailed

Sundial Software has designed this program for
independent adjusters, however it is a comprehensive and flexible
program that we believe is adaptable to many professional service
